Kelly is a native Charlottean who recently joined the team. Her tenure as her Dad’s un-official assistant renovating homes and learning the ropes allowed her to take the leap from corporate America to follow her passion. Her corporate management and customer service background bring a unique perspective to the renovations team.
Kelly graduated from the University of South Carolina and is an avid Gamecocks fan. When Kelly is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and her two Golden Retrievers, Lilah and Finley.

My passion for furniture design and fabrics was discovered in Junior High while working as an intern to the Head Designer at a high-end furniture store just outside of Philly. Taking a small career break to raise my four children, I pursued a Personal Training certificate because along with design, exercise and nutrition have been a big part of my life. In 2016 I moved to Charlotte where I have come full circle back to design while still maintaining my passion for fitness and growing enthusiasm for mountain biking in the beautiful Carolinas.

SARAH KINNAIRD
Staging Specialist
Sarah grew up in Indiana, and graduated from Purdue University. She has been in the sales and marketing sector for more than 10 years. She has a passion for decorating (and redecorating!) her own home, as well as help her friends decorate/design their houses. When walking through a home, she can paint a picture of what her clients want using her eye for design.
In her free time, Sarah loves to travel, walk her rescue dog Indie, and spend time with her family and friends.

LESLIE PINHO
Lead Designer
Following her passion for all things design, Leslie recently moved to Charlotte in pursuit of bigger opportunities. Born and raised in New Jersey, Leslie graduated from Rowan University with a double Bachelor’s Degree in both Design and Business. She initially worked for a globally known corporate advertising agency before leaving to pursue her true passion for residential design and a home staging career.
She has been practicing design for the last 8 years, achieving multiple design awards in addition to being featured on HGTV both in 2021 and more recently in 2023. She is looking forward to making the South her new home and enjoying the much warmer weather.
